In line with reporting requirements, the WHO Collaborating Centre for Viral Hepatitis is required to produce an Annual Progress Review and/or Annual Report on the annual anniversary of designation as a WHO Collaborating Centre (1 June 2015).
Reporting requirements state that there are four key criteria that must be satisfied in an Annual Report:
- A brief description for each activity included in the work plan about progress made during the reporting period; any outputs delivered and results achieved; and any difficulties encountered;
- A brief description of the collaboration with WHO (e.g. means of communication, frequency of contact, visits) in the context of the work plan activities; and any difficulties encountered;
- A brief description of any interactions or collaborations with other WHO CCs in the context of the work plan activities (if applicable), including any involvement in a network of WHO CCs;
- A brief description of any technical, programmatic, advisory or other support received from WHO (if applicable) during the reporting period in the context of the work plan activities.
