With a background as a software engineer, Pramode Varghese boasts a comprehensive expertise spanning more than twenty years in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining software applications, with a notable focus on the Healthcare domain. Having joined Guidance Group in November 2013, Pramode currently holds the position of Director of Technical Services, where he effectively leads a team of software engineers and assumes responsibility for overseeing the technical aspects of application development, deployment, and maintenance. Pramode has further enriched his qualifications by completing a Masters in Software Systems.
