Dr Grace McPhee is the team manager of the Tong Group. Grace is responsible for supervising the team, managing budgets, job recruitment, contract negotiations, providing clinical trial guidance and creating and implementing standard practices within the group to manage Adaptive Platform trials. Grace has a background in clinical trial management and has a special interest in innovative clinical trial design and efficiencies.
