Amelia is based at the WHO Collaborating Centre for Viral Hepatitis within VIDRL, where she manages the Victorian Cancer Agency-funded study Hepatitis and Liver Cancer Outcomes in Public Health: an Intervention Collaboration (HepLOGIC). Amelia has a background in microbiology and extensive experience in public health policy, program development, research and health communications. Her work has spanned molecular biology, environmental health and infectious diseases. Amelia has previously held positions at the Victorian Department of Health, the University of Melbourne and Deakin University.
