This project aims to construct comprehensive bacterial pan-genome graphs to facilitate variant discovery and RNA-seq analysis. By integrating diverse genomic data from multiple bacterial strains, we will develop a unified pan-genome representation that captures the full genetic diversity of the species. Leveraging the pan-genome graph for RNA-seq analysis will enhance our understanding of gene expression and regulation in different bacterial genetic backgrounds. This project holds the potential to uncover novel insights into bacterial adaptation, virulence, and antibiotic resistance mechanisms.
