Haina Lee is the Project Officer for APPRISE. She provides project management support and coordinates APPRISE events and collaborative research activities.

Haina is passionate about collaborative research projects and cultural diplomacy. She is keen to support APPRISE in widening its network and generating new knowledge that informs epidemic response nationally and globally.

Prior to joining APPRISE, Haina worked as a Program Officer at Asialink and Research Assistant at the Asia Institute, focusing on Australia-Asia relations, North Korea and Korean history and migration. Haina has a Master’s qualification in International Relations from the University of Melbourne and completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Chinese (Double major) at the University of Auckland. She has worked and lived in South Korea, New Zealand, China, the USA and Australia. She speaks Korean and Mandarin.
