The Doherty Institute has created a governance structure that supports integration and fosters collaboration, strong leadership and management, creating a unified organisation.
The Doherty Institute’s Executive Team comprises of the organisation’s Director, Deputy Director, Heads of Departments and other Senior Leaders from across the Institute. Their role is to devise and lead the implementation of the Doherty Institute’s strategic plan.
