Visiting guest speakers Dr Dan Jernigan and Dr Jackie Katz from the CDC, USA, will present on Influenza viruses and vaccines - from detection to injection.
Dan will focus on Seasonal influenza Vaccine Improvements and the Sequencing First Initiative. Jackie will follow up with a discussion on risk assessment using the IRAT, and CVV development for pandemic threats and will conclude with an update on the latest novel virus, H7N2 in shelter cats.
