Belinda has been held senior positions across corporate affairs, consulting and fundraising. Prior to joining The University of Melbourne in 2011, Belinda worked as the AFL's preferred fundraising advisor with consulting firm DVA Navion, led World Vision Australia's media team through the Boxing Day tsunami, raising $80 million in 14 days and hosting the World Cup Cricket Tsunami match. She co-authored an internationally successful book, Warrior Princess, on the HIV pandemic, and ran her own PR Consultancy. She received an Australian Leadership award in 2011. Belinda is passionate about the research excellence of the Doherty Institute and loves growing relationships with individuals and organisations who can support our work.
