The Doherty Institute provides opportunities for professional development for staff members, as well as members of the wider infection and immunity community.
Through symposia, visiting scientists, the Doherty Seminar Series and other educational forums, professionals have the opportunity to hear from and collaborate with world-leaders in their field while showcasing their own expertise.
Doherty Seminar Series
Doherty Seminars are held fortnightly on a Thursday, providing an opportunity for staff and the wider community to keep up-to-date with the latest research and developments in infectious diseases and immunology. Free to attend, the seminars provide a forum for the audience to directly engage with the local and international presenters who represent the best in their field. Since their inception, the seminars have been a useful tool for identifying future collaborations. View the Events section for details of upcoming Seminars.
